Second Floor (‘Topper’) Addition

The Owners of a typical post war bungalow in Scarborough, approached us with the intent to increase the liveable area in their house, while maintaining the charm and character of the existing house. Particular attention was paid to the street elevation and the sympathetic use of materials.
