George Brown College had committed to expanding many of it’s existing downtown campus sites, and amongst those chosen were the existing School of Esthetics and Make-Up in Yorkville. By remodelling the existing street level retail space we were able to provide a new teaching facility that would also take advantage of the retail opportunities offered by one of the premier high end shopping areas in North America.
