This heritage semi-detached home in the Annex was extensively renovated to modernize the interior spaces, promote a fluid path of traffic thourghout the ground floor, and to bring in as much light as possible. A two-sided gas fireplace is all that separates the living room from the dining and an open riser staircase delineates the eat-in kitchen at the rear of the house. All new sliding doors and windows were installed at the rear of the house which is not protected by preservation by-laws.
